Cross Martial Arts Academy is partnering with Body & Brain Yoga to offer All Levels YOGA classes that combine Korean martial arts energy principles and practices with Western neuroscience techniques to recover your body’s natural healing to create health, happiness, and peace in your life.
Who: All ages and experience levels are welcome. Minimum age is 8 years old. Perfect for those who have never done yoga and we can adjust all moves for those who may be more advanced. Yoga mats are not required and you are welcome to bring your own mat!
Each class has effective and dynamic components of:
- Right and Left Brain Coordination
- Relaxing the Mind and Body
- Core Strength
- Muscle Strengthening
- Gut and intestinal health
