# 1.WOD (Workout of the Day) 

Series of exercises or number of reps for a timed workout.

Reffers to a Crossfit gym, which is often a warehouse or large, stripped-down space containing only the essential exercise equipment to CrossFit like free weights, benches or boxes, suspension trainers, medicine balls, climbing ropes, mats, and pull-up bars. So the room you’ll be working out it in actually resembles a box.

#3. AMRAP (As Many Repetitions As Possible) 

They should be performed within a prescribed amount of time or until failure.

Do a prescribed number of reps or exercises at the top of every minute.

An exercise where you jump onto and down from an elevated platform.
