Flow Fitness is currently seeking an experienced and highly educated professional to fill the role of Training Camp Lead Coach to develop progressive, high level training programs to our members who span various ages and ability levels. –
This is a full-time salaried position requiring 40 hours/week commitment to Flow Fitness on a set schedule. Employment is contingent on successful completion of a 2-week on-boarding/mentorship program as directed by Training Camp Program Director (TCPD)

The Training Camp Lead Coach is a person that has:
A BS/MS degree in exercise science or related field (will strongly consider candidates who have multiple years experience in lieu of education)
A diverse background in business, sales, and customer service
Certifications from the NSCA, ACSM, NASM, USAW, or ISSA (other certifications will be strongly considered).
2+ years’ experience in non-traditional training protocols including Olympic Lifts, Plyometrics, S.A.Q’s, Injury Reduction, Joint Mobilization, Suspension Training, CrossFit, Gymnastics, Primal Movement, and Nutrition.

Roles and Responsibilities
Consistently communicate the programs, services, mission, and vision of Flow Fitness to members and prospective members.
Coach 1:1, large group and small group training sessions
Take members and prospects through initial “Strategy Sessions” to establish goals, obstacles, and time frame in addition to discussions pertaining to current health and injuries.
Develop high level, periodized training programs to members from a variety of backgrounds in both a team and individual setting.
Conduct physical assessments to track progress in strength, muscular endurance, body composition, aerobic capacity, posture, mobility and stability.
Conduct nutritional consultations and workshop utilizing Precision Nutrition curriculum (will reimburse for PN 1 certification)
Conduct in services on a variety of fitness, performance, and health related topic.
Assist in converting “Trial Memberships” into training members
Assist members on training floor
