Pilates is not the same as Yoga?
A very good question, to which we do not always find an answer. Experts claim that if you are looking for the well-being of mind, body, and spirit, you should choose Yoga. However, if you are looking for a leaner, toned and fit body, then the choice is Pilates. Both these forms of exercise are good for overall health. Here is a brief comparison of Pilates and Yoga.
